Fuzen Asia support all the project activities through local PMO (Project Management Office), which is in turn supported by Central PMO. By virtue of all round coordination, Fuzen Asia can execute diversified projects under various verticals. Implementation is carried out by preparing Schedules and monitoring the schedule through weekly status reports and monthly review meetings for both Fuzen Asia and the clients.

Fuzen Asia act as Client’s representative at all the forums and take complete ownership for the entire life cycle of the project till the start of commercial operations of the facility. By taking project leadership position, Fuzen Asia work closely with various departments and team members to ensure continuous correspondence and track the efficiency both time and money wise of each activity and providing feedback for any improvements. This enables us to achieve the project deadlines within defined Budget and cost by supporting our clients at each stage.
